Aimed at those who are particualrly keen to cook with their pumpkins, with this kit you'll grow three varieties of culinary pumpkins and squash: crown prince, mashed potato squash and little gem.
 
Pumpkin farmer Jenny Fyall has grown dozens of varieties and, although all pumpkins are good to eat, these are the varieties she believes are most delicious!
 
These are suitable for the beginner grower and if planted in April will be ready in time for Halloween.
 
With nine seeds included in the kit, there are enough for the whole family to get involved, or a group of friends. Why not grow one variety each? 
 
Choose your favourite plant pot colours from our bright selection. Our plant pots are reusable so once you have grown your pumpkin you can wash it out and use it for something else.

Please note although every effort will be made to help ensure your pumpkin growing project is a success, there is no guarantee. As with all plants, it is impossible to guarantee your pumpkin will grow but with three seeds of each variety you will have three chances! Each plant can produce multiple pumpkins, so you could end up with your own mini pumpkin patch.
 
Once your seedling grows, you will need to plant your pumpkin seedling on into a larger space. Unless you choose the WHOPPER kit, this does not require a large vegetable plot or big garden. The other varieties can successfully be grown in grow bags or large pots.  Our mini kit is particuilarly suited to those with just a little space - even a balcony will do!
 
Pot colour choices are: Red, orange, green, blue, purple, pink. Every effort will be made to meet your colour choices but if one colour runs out another may be used to substitute.
